Covid Update 20/07/2021

Bicycle Express will still operate behind closed doors with strict precautionary measures in place. Under the definition of “essential worker”, retail good workers supporting the operation of online or phone ordering and collection or delivery of retail orders are permitted to work under the SA Government Public Activities Level 5 Requirements. This also includes vehicle repair and mechanical services (Luckily this means our workshop will be fully operational).

We will still be answering the phones during usual business hours.

Bicycle Express store front access will be closed to the general public whilst the workshop will be fully operational with bike servicing still available. Bookings are still essential.

All sales will be online and over the phone only, with click and collect available.
Counter to Car service will be available when purchasing goods where you are required to phone the store on arrival and we will deliver purchased goods to your car window.

We just ask that you adhere to all safety measure we put in place to reduce the risk from contact.
