Bicycle Express Oakley Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is: Ambesale Pty Ltd (trading as Bicycle Express) whose registered office is at 124 Halifax St, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia, 5000.
  2. The competition is open to residents of Australia except employees of Bicycle Express and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. The entry fee is $20, in the form of purchased goods from either instore or online, alongside the provided email address and details of the entrant.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Route of entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Facebook, Instagram, the weekly newsletter, and instore promotion.
  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  7. Closing date for entries are as follows:
    1st giveaway: closes on Friday 7:30pm 28/07/17, winner announced on Saturday 29/07/17.
    2nd giveaway: closes on Friday 7:30pm 11/08/17, winner announced on Saturday 12/08/17.
    3rd giveaway: closes on Friday 7:30pm 25/08/17, winner announced on Saturday 26/08/17.
    4th giveaway: closes on Friday 7:30pm 08/09/17, winner announced on Saturday 09/09/17.
    5th giveaway: closes on Friday 7:30pm 22/09/17, winner announced on Saturday 23/09/17.
    6th giveaway: closes on Friday 7:30pm 06/10/17, winner announced on Saturday 07/10/17.
    7th giveaway: closes on Friday 7:30pm 20/10/17, winner announced on Saturday 21/10/17.
    After the closing dates, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  1. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  2. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
    The entrant must spend $20 or more instore at either City or Norwood Bicycle Express, and provide their full name, email address and phone number. By providing these details, the entrant agrees to receive weekly newsletters and other emailed promotions.
  3. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  4. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  5. The prize is as follows: A pair of Oakley Sunglasses.
    The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  1. Winners will be chosen: at random, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
  2. The winner will be notified by email, phone and via a public Facebook post, on the Saturday after the fortnightly closing Friday. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  3. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
  4. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  6. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  7. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  8. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
